Where do you currently ship?
At this pre-launch stage, we currently ship only within the Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara. Orders are delivered through a local carrier, depending on destination and availability.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 days from order submission.
How long does delivery take?
Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 days within the Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara. A tracking code is sent once the order has shipped.
When is shipping free?
Free shipping applies on orders with 2 or more products within the Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara.
